Walk into March

A twinge of pain can turn into something a little more serious if you aren’t careful.  I can say this because I have recently myself had a dancing injury that has put a stop to my cha cha.  However, I could lie up and watch tv or…………….. get out and about and keep moving to stave off any stiffness that might be detrimental in the long run.

So for March, my view is, the days are getting little longer, the air is becoming a little clearer and milder so its time to get off the sofa and get walking.

I cannot recommend it highly enough,  At Pain Relief Therapy I am as much about preventative care as I am about treating ailments which are  sustained through injury like my dancing for example or degenerative conditions such as arthritis.

The Rusheen Garrison
Great for clearing your head and getting your hips moving with an abundance of fresh air.  For me its all about walking right now as I’ve had to hang up my dancing shoes temporarily!
