We are all well aware that New Year’s resolutions do not work! However, this is the time of year we reflect on what we would like to have in our life or how we would like to improve our health and bodies.
This may be through diet, an exercise regime, or deepening our spiritual practice. Whatever we choose will be good. The only piece of advice I have for you is: choose ONE thing and do it well. That may be cutting sugar out of our diet, going for a 5km walk 5 out of 7 days. But make it doable not a huge stretch. If we think walking 5km per day is hard work committe to 2km per day and then as you start to enjoy those daily walks it may stretch to 5km, but it doesn’t have to, you only committed to 2km.
